Discover insights into the opportunities and challenges presented by a building project situated at 2,262 m above sea level and how sustainability is taken seriously on the Chäserrugg.
Extend the tour with lunch made using local produce in the Chäserrugg Summit Restaurant while enjoying the peace and the extensive view onto the mountain.
The Sports Architecture Programme
Discover the various buildings by Herzog & de Meuron on a brisk hike in summer or as part of a rich and varied day’s skiing in winter. Find out more about the care employed in constructing infrastructure in sensitive surroundings and about our commitment to sustainability in mountainous regions. On a guided tour of the Summit Restaurant, you will receive insights into the design and construction of the summit facilities and the Stöfeli aerial cable car lift. Afterwards you can dine from a selected menu and recuperate by the fireplace or on the terrace.
