In the returnee course you learn modern ski techniques from the ground up. Because you already know the feeling of gliding on the slopes, you will need considerably less time than a beginner. With our competent ski instructors, you do not have to worry about getting back on the slopes. You can really enjoy beautiful mountains and snow sports again, perhaps even spending a day skiing in the mountains with your children or grandchildren. On Iltios you will find the perfect conditions for a confident comeback to snow sports.

The narrow skis demand balance and optimum coordination of movement. Our competent cross-country instructors on this course show you the fundamentals of the technique, and pretty soon you find yourself gliding independently along the cross-country trails.

You are already an advanced skier and can descend any slope? However, you have not mastered today’s modern carving technique with its cut track in the snow and hardly perceptible sliding phase? Then we will be happy to familiarise you with this in the carving technique course and show you the differences between the "old" methods and "modern" skiing techniques. We will also explain to you how you can move economically without expending much energy, so that you can enjoy your day skiing in the mountains even more.

Carving technique course
Adult CHF 55.–

Do you remember the skiing technique from old films showing well-dressed people gliding elegantly over white slopes, radiating a new attitude to life? Unfortunately, much of this elegance is relegated into the background by modern equipment, piste preparation and speed. But you appreciate elegance of movement over the snow and have not only speed as your objective? In our short turn technique course, we take up the topics of style and elegance once more and show you how you can still cut a fine figure whatever the terrain.
