Culinary beginning of autum
Since the beginning of September, autumn has already been the culinary focus of the summit gastronomy! With the new menu the team of the summit restaurant indulges you with classic autumn dishes such as Toggenburg wild pepper with red cabbage, chestnuts and Spätzli. But you will also find new creations such as apple-pumpkin lasagne or autumn ravioli stuffed with pumpkin, walnuts and alpine cheese with white wine sauce in the current menu.
For warm late summer days, versatile salad plates and desserts such as the Cheese-errug Cake with raspberry sorbet offer a welcome refreshment. These are best enjoyed on the sheltered terrace with a view of over 500 mountain peaks.
Autumn has also entered the menu at the mountain restaurant Iltios, almost 1000 metres below. You can enjoy wild sausage or deer pepper on the sun terrace with a view of the majestic Churfirsten as well as in the cosy restaurant with a view of the Alpstein.
