Ski School for children

At the weekend children can playfully try their first attempts on skis or build on what they have already learnt at Snowli Camp. Childrens from 3 years old up to Blue Star level can improve their skills in a morning or afternoon with lots of fun.

Private lessons are available to guide and support your child in a more individualised way. Lesson times can be chosen to suit your requirements and wishes. We would be pleased to pick up your child from an agreed meeting place.

In our week course, the children are divided into groups according to age and skiing ability. The youngest children from 3 years upwards attend the half-day course in the morning or afternoon. For children 5 years or older, there is a full-day course from 09.30 until 13.00. Whether they are beginners or advanced students, skiers or snowboarders: the week course provides exciting variety every day from Monday to Friday.

Equipment can be rented directly at the resort. We recommend booking your ski pass We recommend that you buy your ski pass well in advance in the online shop of the mountain railway.

This children’s course in January is the best preparation for your skiing holiday. On four Sundays, the children attend the skills development course, which includes a final ski race on the last Sunday. The four-fullday course for children from 5 years includes lessons and lunch. We hold a morning course as well as an afternoon course for younger children from 3 years, which also takes place on four Sundays.

This course is available only from the meeting point in Alt St. Johann.

The Ski School Bus is a ski school on wheels and brings the children directly from Frauenfeld, Uster and Winterthur every day to ski in Toggenburg. Ski pass, ski school, transport and lunch are included. Equipment can be rented as an option. The Ski School Bus offers all children, irrespective of skill level, the perfect alternative to a skiing holiday.

Still too small to go to Ski School on their own, but already keen to try out the snow accompanied by a responsible adult? In MuKi children from 2 years with a parent in attendance become familiar with the new world of skiing under the expert guidance of our instructors.

Please note that the Kids Village may only be used for skiing and snowboarding. Children and accompanying persons must wear ski or snowboard equipment. Pedestrians have to stay behind the barrier. Sledging and picnicking are prohibited in the Kinderland. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the entire Kids Village.
